2. Intellectual Property

All site designs, code architectures, custom brand marks, and layout content are the sole property of eight1five design. You may view and print materials for personal portfolio review. Commercial redistribution of visual assets or source code requires explicit, written consent.

3. Client & Lead Engagements

The submission of an operational handshake inquiry via the contact form does not construct a formal binding software development contract. Formal client projects are initiated under discrete Statements of Work (SOWs) and legal operational handshakes.

4. Liability Limitations

Software solutions and integrations are delivered with strict craftsmanship and tested against comprehensive quality gates. Unless governed by client SOW boundaries, the information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty.
